7 Accounts is pleased to announce the completion of its merger with Taylorcocks.
This merger significantly enhances the capability of the Taylorcocks group and enables us to provide our clients, and future clients, with a more in-depth, cloud focused and efficient offering. We hope that this will enable more of our clients to save time and have instant access to highly relevant accounting information for their business.
Established in 1992, Taylorcocks is an Accountancy Age ‘Top 100’ firm of chartered accountants and tax advisers specialising in the provision of bespoke high-quality accountancy and taxation solutions. Although based in the UK, Taylorcocks is one of the founding members of a global accountancy network called TGS Global, which now enables us to offer specialist services with a global perspective. With access to in-country experts in Europe, the USA, Asia, the Middle East and Africa, we can now meet the accountancy, audit and tax needs of businesses with international interests as well as, of course, continuing to deal with all UK aspects.
Richard Keyes, Managing Partner of Taylorcocks, says:
We are delighted to have gained the skillset provided by David Jones and the 7 Accounts team. In line with our growth plans, we are always on the lookout to merge with, or acquire, other firms where we can see a good fit and exceptional skillsets. I am delighted that 7 Accounts has decided to join forces with us. Together we hope to create a dynamic and up-scaled local presence which meets the needs of SMEs in and around London and the South East.
I am particularly excited at the contribution that David and his team will make towards further enhancing Taylorcocks’ cloud accountancy offering. As a published author on the subject, David will no doubt prove a valuable addition to our status as Xero Platinum Partners.
David Jones concurs:
We are very pleased to have completed the merger and hope that this will make Taylorcocks the top accountancy choice for SME’s, especially as we approach the Governments implementation of Making Tax Digital (MTD) set for 2019. These are exciting times for us, our clients and all involved.
I am especially looking forward to discussing the new possibilities with clients, and potential new clients across Central London and the South East.
